If something isn't quite right with your item or you change your mind, you have 15 days to return it. Please just ensure the item is in its original condition & packaging, with tags. The return fees are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a problem with the product in which Dirty Money Clo will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@dirtymoney.co, and we will promptly refund or exchange the item for you.

What size should I order?

If you are unsure about what size to order, if our items are EU or American Sizes or in stock, feel free to contact our Customer Support at support@dirtymoney.co. We would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

What if it doesn't fit?

If it doesn't fit, or if you aren't happy for whatever reason - you have 15 days to send the item back for an exchange or a full refund. Contact our customer support at support@dirtymoney.co

How long does the shipping take?

We offer free shipping on all our items, with a packaging time of 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping takes 1-3 days domestic shipping. 5-15 days international shipping and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I clean the jeans?

All items are machine washable and dryer safe without the risk of damage. We recommend washing all items inside out to avoid shrinkage, and if you are concerned about shrinking, only machine wash and then air dry. For the best quality maintenance, we suggest having the item professionally dry cleaned.

What material do you use?

Our jeans are made from cotton denim fabrics, a strong and durable texture that ensures the garment's durability. The denim is enhanced with elastane material that improve the flexibility and fit of the garment.

My card was charged but I did not receive a confirmation email.

Sometimes, even if your payment is declined, you may see a charge on your card without receiving a confirmation email. In such cases, please don't worry as the charge is not actually made and the funds may take up to 24 hours to be processed back into your bank account.
